- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 tbsp enchilada seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsps onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsps chili powder
- 4 sprigs coriander
- 1 1/2 tbsps cumin
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 oz black beans
- 16 oz kidney beans
- 24 oz boneless, cooked beef
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Directions
- Cook beef on a medium heat until browned.
- Remove from heat.
- Boil kidney beans in six cups of water, for two minutes,
- Lower heat to medium,
- Add in all other ingredients,
- Cook for 4 hours on medium heat.
