Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup diced pork roast
  • 1/4 cup potato diced
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup cubed turnips
  • 3 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Using a medium sauce pan bring water to boil and add pork roast, onions, seasoning (like Mrs. Dash), salt, margarine, turnips and carrots.
  • Lower burner to simmer until turnips and carrots are soft.
  • Add in potatoes and bring to boil and lower down again and simmer until potatoes are soft.
  • Add in cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes then remove from heat and serve.
