- 1 medium raw vidalia sweet onion
- 2 links italian sausage
- 5 cups kale
- 2 medium potatoes
- 3 tsps dry chicken broth, bouillion or consomme
Directions
- Chop vegetables.
- Sauté sausage in a non-stick skillet.
- Add onions and cook until translucent. Add consomme powder.
- Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and season according to preference.
- Once potatoes are tender, add kale. Simmer for 5 minutes then turn off heat.
