Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tsps stevia blend
  • 2 lbs farmer's cheese

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix cheese, eggs and sweetener and add dry ingredients.
  • Bake 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
