  • 2 servings jelly
  • 1 oz sour cream, reduced fat
  • 1 cup whipped cream, light
  • 1 oz chocolate candies

Directions

  • Make up the jelly/jello the night before so it is ready for dinner the next day.
  • Take two champagne flutes or wine glasses. Put three to six teaspoons of sour cream in the bottom of each, so it fills 1/3 of the glass.
  • Scoop out some jelly/jello from its mould and put on a plate. Chop the jelly into small pieces. Put the jelly carefully on top of the sour cream so that the next 1/3 of the glass is full.
  • Finally, fill the remainder of the glass with whipped cream (using a piping bag will make it look extra luxurious) and garnish the top with some chopped chocolate.
