- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 cup 1% fat milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 7 pistachio nut kernels
- 0.4 oz cashew nuts
- 7 almonds
Directions
- Roast nuts in butter till slightly brown.
- Add semolina and keep stirring on low flame till semolina is slightly brown.
- Add sugar and then add milk to break lumps.
- Stir to desired consistency and enjoy.
