Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced avocado
  • 1/2 small whole tomato
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime yields lime juice

Directions

  • Finely chop avocado, tomato, fresh jalapeno, onion and cilantro.
  • Add chopped ingredients to a bowl, together with juice of 1 lime then mix and mash together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Note: add more jalapeno if you like it spicier. A serving is 1 tablespoon.
