  • 1 medium banana
  • 8 fl oz skim milk
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/3 tbsp strawberry preserves
  • 4 ice cubes ice cubes

Directions

  • Put all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend.
  • Add ice while blending, one cube at a time.
  • Pour in big glass and enjoy.
