Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (imitation, no alcohol)
- 1/3 cup almond milk original unsweetened
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
- 5 slices classic 100% whole wheat bread
Directions
- Mix eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cinnamon. Beat with a fork or whisk until well combined.
- Place bread in the mixture and allow a few seconds to soak through.
- Cook in a lightly greased pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
