- 1/2 tsp dry ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsps soy sauce (tamari)
- 1 tsp sriracha (chili sauce)
- 2 1/2 oz mirin (rice wine)
Directions
- Mix ingredients together well.
- Use as a marinade for tofu or chicken. Add to wok and stir-fry with vegetables.
