Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 pat butter
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions

  • Steam cauliflower until soft
  • Add cream, butter, grated cheddar, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and mustard to the hot cauliflower.
  • Cover with wrap and microwave 30 seconds. Stir until blended.
