Roasted Cilantro Lime Butter Corn
Frozen corn with butter, cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 3 sprays buttery spray
- 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients into bowl and, using a rubber spatula, mix in cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne.
- Pre-heat oven 350 °F (175 °C).
- In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat , add corn and ingredients from bowl.
- Just heat, change to small oven pan, and place in oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve with lime zest for garnish.
- Enjoy!
