Roasted Cilantro Lime Butter Corn

Frozen corn with butter, cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • 3 sprays buttery spray
  • 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Put all ingredients into bowl and, using a rubber spatula, mix in cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne.
  • Pre-heat oven 350 °F (175 °C).
  • In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat , add corn and ingredients from bowl.
  • Just heat, change to small oven pan, and place in oven for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with lime zest for garnish.
  • Enjoy!
