  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 serving 1 packet splenda
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  • Take peas out of boiling water and put in a bowl.
  • Chop boiled eggs (rather small) and add to bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together well.
  • Put in refrigerator for at least an hour, to allow flavors to marinate.
