Ingredients
- 1 can sweet peas
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 serving 1 packet splenda
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Take peas out of boiling water and put in a bowl.
- Chop boiled eggs (rather small) and add to bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together well.
- Put in refrigerator for at least an hour, to allow flavors to marinate.
