- 5 lbs potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 tbsp horseradish
Directions
- Boil potatoes with peeled and minced garlic.
- Drain and mash, then add salt to taste.
- In a saucepan heat the milk, butter and horseradish.
- Mix until a creamy sauce.
- Pour mixture over the mashed potatoes and garlic. Mix and serve.
