  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 tbsp horseradish

Directions

  • Boil potatoes with peeled and minced garlic.
  • Drain and mash, then add salt to taste.
  • In a saucepan heat the milk, butter and horseradish.
  • Mix until a creamy sauce.
  • Pour mixture over the mashed potatoes and garlic. Mix and serve.
