Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Put large pot of water to boil.
- Peel potatoes imperfectly, leave a little skin on potato. Cut in 2-inch pieces and place in pot of water.
- Cook until fork can pierce the largest piece in pot.
- Once cooked, drain pot and place potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add margarine, broth and all seasonings.
- Mash with a masher or fork and serve.
