Ingredients

  • 20 small new potatoes
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk medium celery
  • 2 large red onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsps low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 dash fleur de sel
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions

  • Boil the halved new potatoes until tender.
  • In a large bowl, add chopped onion and celery to drained potatoes.
  • Mix tablespoon of Dijon mustard with low fat mayonnaise; mix into potatoes.
  • Add a pinch of fleur de sel or good salt and ground pepper and mix again.
  • Serve warm.
