- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup almond meal flour
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a mason jar, and stir until incorporated.
- Place in fridge and let sit overnight.
- Remove, pour into two bowls, and garnish with chopped almonds if desired. Serve.
