Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 30 leaves mint
  • 1/4 lime yields lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 serrano pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Lightly brush on to seafood before grilling.
  • Do not let marinade longer than a couple of minutes. The lime will start to whiten the seafood any longer than that.
  • Grill seafood. Can drizzle oil on seafood after it's cooked.
  • Serving size is per scallop, prawn or shrimp.
