Ingredients

  • 2 cups black beans
  • 2 cups kidney beans
  • 6 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups boca meat
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

  • Drain canned beans. Mix all ingredients in a pan (I use crumbled meat, from freezer section).
  • Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Let cool.
  • For lunch, serve in small 1 cup containers.
