  • 2 rounded scoops gold standard 100% whey - double rich chocolate
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 6 tbsps peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 tbsps chocolate chips

Directions
