Ingredients

  • 2 tsps sweetener
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsps sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 1/3 cup fat free milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsps instant coffee

Directions

  • Fill cup with about a tablespoon of water. Put in microwave until hot (15 seconds) and add the instant coffee, stir then fill rest of cup with cold water. Place in Blender
  • Add milk, sweetener (like Splenda), syrup and ice.
  • Blend till smooth. Enjoy!
  • Note: top with whip cream and more chocolate syrup for a creamy chocolate taste.
