- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, until they are well blended. Can be lumpy.
- Put 1/4 cup batter in a hot skillet, turning over when bubbles pop.
- Cook other side of pancake until golden.
