Cici Coleman Weight Gain

Cici Coleman revealed how her weight gain ‘knocked her confidence’ as she published before and after bikini photos.

The 37-year-old First Dates actor, who is presently on a solo trip to Bali, has revealed how she intends to keep healthy while there.

On Wednesday, the TV personality invited her Instagram fans to participate in a question and answer session, during which she was asked about her weight.

One guy inquired: ‘The last time you were there, you gained a lot of weight. Will you do the same this time?

Cici answered with a before and after shot, saying, ‘Last time I was here, I spent five months feasting and excessively drinking with zero training.’

She went on, ‘As much fun as it was, it resulted in weight gain, which rocked my confidence.’

‘Over the last two years, I’ve switched my priorities, putting in a lot of effort to improve my body. I feel substantially better now that I have a coach to guide me. I have more energy, and for the first time in years, I did not get sick this winter.

‘I intend to continue focusing activity and eating foods that promote my mental health.’

One photo showed Cici in a green bikini during her recent vacation to Bali, while another revealed her weight reduction since coming home.

Cici earned her position as a waiter on First Dates in 2015, at the age of 28.

Molly Sayers, the show’s producer, stated that their crew recruited possible waiters and waitresses by visiting ‘trendy pubs that were likely to have cool people in them.’

Fortunately for Cici, she was working at Balans bar in Soho at the time, and Channel 4’s researchers identified her as a potential for the part.

They were certainly onto something, as Cici went on to host the show’s podcast alongside Saturdays star Frankie Bridge.

Along with her work on the Channel 4 show, the former actress has built a fitness company after chronicling her personal change online.

However, unlike many fitness gurus, Cici is candid and honest about how photographs may be misleading and that you will not always look your best.

Her coaching firm provides food and exercise guidance and plans that are geared to weight loss, muscle growth, and toning.

Cici may frequently be seen on Instagram sharing her clients’ success stories, as well as telling followers about her personal fitness problems.
