INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 whole-wheat English muffin, split and toasted
1 tablespoon sliced green olives
⅛ teaspoon dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn the broiler on high.
2. Place half of the tomato slices, olives, cheese, and oregano on top of each half of an English muffin.
3. Broil for approximately 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
