This Christmas season, In-N-Out will provide consumers the first menu items in five years.
The famous California-based restaurant has announced the addition of Lite Pink Lemonade and Cherry Coke to its menu, the first additions since the debut of hot chocolate in 2018.
“We are thrilled to introduce two new beverage options on our menu that we believe you will enjoy!” “Stop by an In-N-Out Burger today to try our new beverages,” said the social media post.
The lemonade, which is produced with lemon juice and sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, is a lower-calorie alternative to the traditional pink lemonade.
Cherry Coke, a cherry variation of Coca-Cola, joins the existing Coca-Cola-owned products such as Coke and Barq’s root beer.
The menu additions coincide with the chain’s 75th anniversary, which began in 1948 as a modest stand in Baldwin Park, California.
Fans were ecstatic about the new selections, with one remarking, “Cherry coke is a legendary choice” and “Yall kinda ate with this cherry coke choice!!!!!!”
“YES, LITE PINK LEMONADE!!!!” “I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR YEARS,” another said, while a third said the move was a “game changer.”
Another customer recognized the significance of the event, saying, “This kind of change is rare, and in this case, I welcome it because it’s reminiscent of In-N-Out’s roots in the 1940s and 1950s.” “I adore In-N-Out!”
In-N-Out now runs 400 sites in the West and Southwest (which is unfortunate for people living elsewhere), but they are plans to expand East, with the first Tennessee facility launching shortly.
Customers like the company because of its simple menu, which includes a double-double burger, a cheeseburger, and french fries (all of which may be cooked “animal style”), as well as the aforementioned drinks and three varieties of shakes.
