INGREDIENTS
1 ounce cream of coconut
1 ounce fresh orange juice
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ½ ounces white rum (optional)
Pineapple leaves, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine pineapple juice, white rum (if using), cream of coconut, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until well chilled.
