2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cubes chicken bouillon
6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 ½ cups water
⅓ cup olive oil
ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Layer the potatoes evenly in a medium baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, bouillon cubes, thyme, rosemary, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
