Green Juice Recipe

Makes 2 large glasses

Kickstart your day with a burst of freshness from this Green Juice! Loaded with leafy greens, a splash of citrus, and a touch of natural sweetness, it’s like sipping on pure, liquid energy. Light, refreshing, and packed with goodness, this drink will have you feeling revitalized and ready to conquer the day—one green sip at a time!

INGREDIENTS

1 Granny smith apple (or any large apple)
1 bunch kale (about 5 oz)
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
5 celery stalks, ends trimmed
½ large English cucumber
Handful fresh parsley (about 1 oz)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash and prepare the vegetables, cutting them into large chunks. Juice them in the order listed, or blend on high if using a blender.
2. If you juiced the vegetables, pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately. If using a blender, the juice will be thicker. To strain, pour it through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the pulp with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Serve the strained juice in glasses and enjoy!
