INGREDIENTS
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the eggs, salt, and garlic powder in a big basin. Add some black pepper for seasoning. Toss to blend. Add onion and cabbage to egg mixture.
2. Heat the oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Separate the ingredients into four patties and flatten them using a spatula. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until brown and tender.
