Keto Cheddar Taco Crisps

Makes 10 – 12 crisps

Crunch on some Keto Cheddar Taco Crisps and prepare to enter keto heaven! Low in carbohydrates but bursting with flavor, these cheesy, crispy treats are the perfect low-carb snack. These crisps will take you to a taste fiesta without the guilt, making them ideal for gatherings, movie nights, or a quick snack. Savor every satisfying crunch and gooey bite!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 cup finely shredded full-fat sharp Cheddar
Large pinch of cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set the oven up to 400 degrees F. Arrange a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet.
2. In a small bowl, toss together the cornmeal, cayenne, chili spice, and cheddar.
3. Place heaping tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, spacing them approximately 1 inch apart. Spread out each pile and lightly pat down (it’s fine if there are gaps). Cook for approximately five minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
4. Allow the crisps to cool for a few seconds on the baking sheet before lifting them and draping them over a rolling pin to finish cooling. If you prefer flat crisps, you may also allow them to cool on the baking sheet.
5. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a maximum of 2 days.
