Keto Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry

Spice up your dinner with Keto Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry! This lively, low-carb dish combines juicy chicken with crunchy cabbage, all tossed in a medley of savory seasonings. It’s a quick, flavorful adventure that makes healthy eating exciting and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green cabbage cored & chopped
2 large chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add chicken and olive oil to a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté the chicken for 5-7 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring periodically, until just done.
2. Remove the chicken from the pan and put aside. Saute butter and onion for 3 minutes. Add the cabbage to the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes uncovered, stirring periodically, until soft.
3. In several minutes, the cabbage near the bottom of the pan will wilt, making it simpler to stir. The onions will softly brown and spice up.
4. Mix in garlic and paprika. Add the chicken back in and heat through, stirring constantly. A few minutes should do it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
