2 Tbsp full-fat sour cream
2 1/2 ripe avocados
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
Juice from 1/2 lime
Parm Crisps, for serving
Freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dice the avocado and transfer it to a big bowl. Add the lime, garlic, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Using a fork, mash until chunky in texture.
