INGREDIENTS
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs tequila
¼ cup low carb cranberry sauce
Ice
Orange extract, optional, to taste
Lime wheel and cranberries, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the ice, tequila, lime juice, and cranberry sauce to a cocktail shaker. Shut the lid and give it a good shake. If desired, add orange extract after tasting a sample.
2. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler with fresh ice. Due to the sauce’s thickness, you might wish to swill a little water into the shaker and then strain it once more.
3. Add some cranberries and a lime wheel as garnish.
