INGREDIENTS

For the chicken marination

1 Lemon freshly squeezed juice
1 teaspoon Salt
400 g Chicken Thighs
1.5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder

For the dish

6 to 8 cloves Garlic finely chopped
1 large Onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon Butter
3 Green chilies
½ Lemon freshly squeezed juice
½ to 1 teaspoon Garam masala
20g Cashews ground to paste using 3 tablespoon water
10g Cilantro or Coriander leaves finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the chicken thighs, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Let the mixture marinate for half an hour.
2. In a pan, melt butter. Add the garlic and sauté it for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the onion next, and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes, or until transparent. Halfway through sautéing onions, add green chilies.
3. Spread the marinated chicken evenly in the pan and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Once cooked through, flip and continue cooking for an additional 6 to 8 minutes on the opposite side.
4. Stir in the cashew paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and garam masala.
5. After that, add around ¼ cup of water and simmer for 5 more minutes. Keto Garlic Butter Chicken is ready. Proceed to serve and relish.
