INGREDIENTS
5 tablespoon powdered Swerve Sweetener divided
⅓ cup Perfect Keto Cinnamon Cereal
2½ ounces cream cheese, softened
2½ tablespoon key lime juice
Natural green food coloring (optional)
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Crush cereal to granular bits in a food processor, or in a baggie with a meat mallet or rolling pin. Spoon into two ½ cup dessert dishes or jars.
2. Smoothly beat cream cheese in a medium-sized bowl. Add lime juice and beat in ¼ cup powdered sugar until thoroughly combined. To get it a faint green tint, you can add four drops of food coloring.
3. In another separate bowl, whip the cream with the remaining tablespoon of sweetener until stiff peaks form. Save 2 tablespoons of the cream for the topping and fold the remaining cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Cover cereal crumbs with cheesecake and pour into jars. Add a lime slice and the reserved whipped cream on top. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
