INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese(100 g)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set oven temperature to 350°F, or 180°C. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Spoon the Parmesan cheese onto the baking sheet in small mounds, using a tablespoon at a time.
2. Evenly flatten the heaps, then top the cheese with dried basil. Bake for five to seven minutes, until the edges begin to crisp up and turn golden brown.
