INGREDIENTS
¼ cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk
1 cup unsweetened peanut butter, softened
1 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia, or as needed (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using parchment paper, line a loaf pan.
2. In a microwavable dish, mix together the peanut butter and coconut oil. Heat for 30 seconds, or until just melted. Add to blender with almond milk and stevia, blend until well combined. Pour into loaf pan and chill for about two hours, or until set.
Note:
You can drizzle some homemade chocolate sauce over the fat bombs, if you’d like. Beat together 2 teaspoons melted coconut oil, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons preferred sweetener until thoroughly blended. Once it’s set, drizzle over the fat bomb.
