INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon capers
2 teaspoon red onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
4 ounce smoked salmon
3 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon fresh chives

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Measure and prepare all of the ingredients. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with a fork to ensure it’s smooth.
2. Chop the fresh chives and capers. Mix in the chopped chives, capers, and sliced red onion with the cream cheese. Stir until well combined.
3. Spread some cream cheese over the salmon chunks and smooth out. Carefully roll the salmon.
