Keto Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups

These Keto Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups are sure to be a hit! A low-carb snack that’s both fun and filling, these nibbles have delicious turkey wrapped in creamy cheese. With a blast of flavor packed into each bite-sized piece, these roll-ups are ideal for a party platter or a fast snack.

INGREDIENTS

¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
2 medium carrots grated
2 10 inch whole grain tortillas
¼ cup cream cheese softened
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
6 slices of deli turkey meat
½ cup spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cheddar cheese, chopped carrots, and yogurt in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly to spread.
2. Add half the cream cheese filling to each tortilla center. Spread cream cheese filling around the tortilla with a knife, leaving the edges untopped.
3. Cover each tortilla with ¼ cup spinach and 3 slices of deli turkey. Tightly roll each tortilla. Cut into 6 pieces and enjoy.
4. Tightly wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving to solidify the cream cheese and keep the roll-ups together. This stage is optional if you want to eat right away.
