Keto Zucchini Chips

Keto bliss awaits you in the form of these delicious zucchini chips! Roasted to a crisp perfection, thinly sliced zucchini flavored with a dash of garlic and spices. These crispy nibbles have all the flavor without the carbs, making them the ideal guilt-free snack or entertaining party delight. Maintain a balanced diet while enjoying tasty snacks!

INGREDIENTS

¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 large zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn the oven on to 400˚F. or 200˚C. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Slice the zucchini into pieces about ⅛ to ¼ of an inch (3 to 6 mm).
2. Place on the baking sheet, ensuring not to overlap the slices, as this will prevent them from drying out completely. After sprinkling the slices with olive oil, season them with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Turn the slices over, then do it again. Bake until golden brown, stirring halfway through, 25 to 35 minutes. Allow to come down to room temperature. As they cool, the zucchini will keep becoming crispier. Enjoy!
