INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 ½-inch cubes
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 recipe tzatziki sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together. After putting the bowl in the fridge, let it marinade for at least half an hour.
2. Turn the heat up to medium-high. Next, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, making about 6 skewers with 8 to 9 pieces each skewer.
3. Grill the kebabs for three to four minutes on each side. served the tzatziki sauce beside the grilled chicken souvlaki.
