Protein shakes and headstands are part of Brandi Rhodes’ healthy day

Brandi Rhodes

Staying healthy is critical for someone like Brandi Rhodes.

The former professional wrestler, Brandi Rhodes, spoke privately about a typical day in her life as a wife, mother, and business.

Naked Mind Yoga + Pilates, Rhodes’ studio, debuted earlier this year. She kept her goals as a parent in mind while designing the structure of her business, ensuring that her 2-year-old daughter Liberty, whom she shares with husband Cody Rhodes, always had a space to play.

“She hangs out in the Zen Kids Zone while I get to work,” Brandi Rhodes says. She then goes on to say, “Naked Mind provides childcare for clients and staff so everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves.”

With Liberty taken care of, Brandi begins her days by teaching a Beginner Reformer class, which is popular among both beginners and specialists. “I love teaching this class because when someone ‘gets it,’ you can see it all over their face,” she said. “It always keeps people coming back striving to learn more.”

Then it’s time for a light meal and a concentrate on her own well-being. She acquires a new viewpoint after some time on the reformer by performing her headstand among the other yoga teachers. “After marketing the studio and nursing clients, it’s nice to turn my mind inward and nourish myself as well,” she told us.

Brandi rose to prominence as a television presenter and figure skater before joining the WWE. She worked as a ring announcer under the name Eden Stiles until she and Cody, 38, both departed the WWE in 2016. She then appeared on the E! reality show WAGS Atlanta before having Liberty in 2021.

She’s now preoccupied with her studio in Roswell, Georgia, but being a parent to her child is still her “favorite” part of the day. A bath and bedtime readings are part of the mommy-daughter duo’s nightly ritual.

“I love playing together before putting her to bed, finalizing studio social media work and eventually turning in for the night,” she told me.
