Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp chicken flavor bouillon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 oz frozen broccoli
  • 10 oz potatoes
  • 10 oz corn
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 medium whole tomato
  • 6 cups water
  • 10 oz carrots
  • 10 oz frozen peas

Directions

  • To prepare, peel and dice potatoes, carrots, tomato and onion.
  • Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot.
  • Add the carrots and potatoes to boiling water. When starts to soften but aren't cooked all the way, add frozen broccoli.
  • Wait about 2 minutes and add frozen peas, corn and the diced onion and tomato.
  • Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the vegetables are done.
  • Optional: for a more flavorful soup season the boiling water with salt, pepper lemon powder, and/or chicken broth powder.
