- 2 rounded tsps decaf instant coffee
- 5 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar sweetener
- 2 tbsp 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Divide into 2 lightly greased coffee cups.
- Cook on high power for 2-3 minutes, 1 minute at a time (watch this part closely to ensure they don't overflow).
- Note: try swapping dark cocoa for the coffee.
