Ingredients
- 2 tbsps nutritional yeast
- 4 fl oz water
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2 tsps garlic powder
Directions
- Blend cashews, sunflower seeds, and water in a blender until smooth.
- Add nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder to combine.
- Pour in oil to running blender in a thin stream until incorporated and thick.
- To finish add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
