Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsps nutritional yeast
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 4 fl oz water

Directions

  • Blend cashews, sunflower seeds, and water in a blender until smooth.
  • Add nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder to combine.
  • Pour in oil to running blender in a thin stream until incorporated and thick.
  • To finish add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
