- 16 oz tortellini
- 2 oz pecorino romano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups four cheese spaghetti sauce
- 8 pieces crimini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
Directions
- Brown up the ground beef.
- Add mushrooms, onion, peppers, garlic and spaghetti sauce.
- Cook until onions, peppers and mushrooms are tender.
- Cook tortellini until al dente.
- Add tortellini to sauce, sprinkle with romano cheese.
