  • 16 oz tortellini
  • 2 oz pecorino romano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups four cheese spaghetti sauce
  • 8 pieces crimini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef

Directions

  • Brown up the ground beef.
  • Add mushrooms, onion, peppers, garlic and spaghetti sauce.
  • Cook until onions, peppers and mushrooms are tender.
  • Cook tortellini until al dente.
  • Add tortellini to sauce, sprinkle with romano cheese.
