  • 5 small chicken thighs
  • 2 medium apples
  • 6 slices applewood smoked uncured pork bacon
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp sage (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary (dried)

Directions

  • Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet until crunchy then set aside.
  • Cook chicken thighs in bacon grease until the meat is light brown.
  • Add apples and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Put bacon and pecans. Cook for another minute.
