- 5 small chicken thighs
- 2 medium apples
- 6 slices applewood smoked uncured pork bacon
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp sage (ground)
- 1/4 tsp rosemary (dried)
Directions
- Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet until crunchy then set aside.
- Cook chicken thighs in bacon grease until the meat is light brown.
- Add apples and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Put bacon and pecans. Cook for another minute.
