  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 medium apples
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 3 tsps castor sugar (1 tbsp)
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  • Combine flour, salt baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.
  • Add milk and beat to smooth consistency – add oil and egg.
  • Peel and grate the apples and stir into batter.
  • Cook pancake in hot frypan, turning when bubbles form.
  • Drizzle with honey or jam and serve.
