Ingredients
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 snack size applesauce unsweetened
- 2 cups quick oats
- 10 tsps cinnamon
- 5 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1 medium honeycrisp apple
- 2 scoops super advanced whey protein - vanilla
- 150 g 0% plain greek yogurt
Directions
- Whisk together applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and honey.
- Blend dry ingredients. Stir into wet ingredients
- Wash and chop apple. Add to mixture.
- Scoop 1/4 cup into each section of cupcake pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Let it cool and serve.
