Ingredients

  • 1 medium honeycrisp apple
  • 5 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 10 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 scoops super advanced whey protein - vanilla
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 snack size applesauce unsweetened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 g 0% plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Whisk together applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and honey.
  • Blend dry ingredients. Stir into wet ingredients
  • Wash and chop apple. Add to mixture.
  • Scoop 1/4 cup into each section of cupcake pan.
  • Bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Let it cool and serve.
