  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 150 g apple
  • 3 cups whole grain oat flour
  • 425 g pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (ground)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (canned or bottled)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
