- 1 tbsp lemon juice (canned or bottled)
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- 425 g pumpkin puree
- 3 tsps double acting baking powder
- 3 cups whole grain oat flour
Directions
- Sift then mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat the wet ingredients together.
- Combine the two mixtures then add the grated apples.
